Characteristics: The power is transmitted to the pulley through the V-belt to drive the main shaft to rotate, causing the fixed disc of the movable disc to move relative to each other, thereby crushing the sample. The particle size of the discharged material can be controlled by adjusting the gap between the grinding disc through the size handwheel, main shaft, etc. The body, end cover, and upper cover form a working chamber, where material crushing is carried out. The material is added from the feeding port above the end cover and enters the middle of the two grinding discs. Due to the squeezing effect, the sample is crushed, and the crushed sample flows out from the gap between the two grinding discs. Drop into the hopper below. The principle of adjusting the mechanism is to release the large hand wheel, rotate the small hand wheel, and make the adjusting screw rotate to push the main shaft, making the movable disc move forward or backward. Thus, the gap between the two grinding discs was adjusted to achieve the purpose of adjusting the material particles.
